Third party certification body inspects the Internal Control System (ICS) overseeing assessments and approvals. The team, comprising an Internal Quality System Manager, Inspector, Approval Manager, Field Officers, Purchase Officers, Warehouse Manager, and Processing Manager, applies this system to producer groups, farmer cooperatives, and processing units.

Partnering with 6 organic farmer groups, we cultivate a range of medicinal herbs and spices including Organic Rama/Shyama or Krishna Tulsi, Vana Tulsi, Chamomile, Hibiscus Sabdariffa, Castor Seeds, Cumin, Fennel, Ashwagandha roots, Quinoa, Tribulus, Chia seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Bacopa Monnieri, Lemongrass Leaves, Safed Musali, Stevia Leaves, Sarpagandha, Akarkara Roots , Amla, Haritaki, Vibhitaki,Arjuna Bark, Eucalyptus and minor forest produce, apart from the collection of 60-70 other species of Organic Medicinal Herbs.

After completing a Certification Course in Organic Agriculture, he dedicated his time to working closely with farmer groups, promoting livelihoods through self-help groups, and inspiring farmers to embrace organic practices. In 2014, he founded Kadam Organics, a testament to his commitment to fostering healthier, more sustainable food systems. As the driving force behind sales and marketing at Kadam Organics, he spearheads the supply of organic herbs to major players across India, embodying a steadfast dedication to sustainability and ethical practices in agriculture.

An individual whose journey from an arts graduate to a trailblazer in organic agriculture exemplifies passion and dedication. After completing a Certification Course in Organic Agriculture, he immersed himself in the grassroots level, working closely with farmer groups and spearheading initiatives to promote livelihoods through self-help groups. His unwavering commitment to motivating farmers to embrace organic farming led him to serve as an Organic Farm Manager, where he implemented sustainable practices and fostered agricultural innovation. In 2014, Bhagwan co-founded Kadam Organics, a testament to his vision of revolutionizing the agricultural landscape. As the operational head of Kadam Organics, he continues to drive the company forward, ensuring that the ethos of quality is at the forefront of the organization’s mission.

As an arts graduate with an innate curiosity, he embarked on a journey of discovery, culminating in a Certification Course in Organic Agriculture. His dedication to the cause led him to serve as a Procurement Head, where he honed his skills in sourcing quality produce while championing ethical practices. In 2014, driven by a desire to make a tangible difference, he co-founded Kadam Organics. Today, his leadership as a co-founder ensures that Kadam Organics remains a beacon of innovation in the organic agriculture landscape.
